This 2.5 day workshop will consist of classroom presentations and field sessions, and provides an introduction to monitoring techniques, ecology, and conservation of Northern California forest bats.
Topics will include:
Mist netting including handling opportunities for those with proof of current rabies vaccination
Ecology, habitat requirements, conservation, and mitigation strategies
